Product Manager (Address Service/Courier Delivery) in Nova poshta

Main Responsibilities:

• Development of Address Service/Courier Delivery product services;
• Development of the courier service process: delivery times, express delivery, SLA, statuses, routing;
• Cooperation with operational and logistics units to improve the speed and quality of courier work (Courier Delivery);
• Data analysis: delivery time, SLA Courier Delivery, refusals, cancellations, errors;
• Participation in the optimization of freight flows and the load on couriers through digital solutions;
• Management of the product life cycle from idea to implementation (Ukraine/Europe market);
• Analysis of the market and competitors;
• Participation in strategy construction and product concept;
• Product Roadmap development and its implementation;
• Product backlog management, ability to prioritize tasks according to business goals;
• Product satisfaction assessment (CSI) by building a Customer Journey Map;
• Participation in quantitative and qualitative research: in-depth interviews, surveys, identification of needs and "pains" customers, forming product solutions and improvements based on the data received;
• Participation in launching A/B tests, UX studies, experiments.

Requirements for the candidate:

• 3+ years of experience in the position of Product Manager/Product Owner in the field of logistics or e-commerce;
• Understanding the logistics processes of parcel and cargo delivery to the address (fast delivery, SLA fulfillment, effective courier route construction), experience with address service;
• Highly developed product management skills: strategic planning, development and implementation of Roadmap, product life cycle management;
• Experience in writing Business Requirements Document);
• Proficient in Jira, Confluence, Miro, Figma;
• Experience working in cross-functional teams using the Agile/Scrum approach;
• Analytical skills, ability to work with data and analyze customer feedback;
• Ability to work effectively in a team;
• Knowledge of English at B1 level and above.
