Our expectations from the candidate: • higher medical, pharmaceutical or biological education; • ability to make presentations for different audiences; • confident PC user - MS Office package; • understanding of the basics of marketing, modern tools; • knowledge of laboratory business will be an advantage ;• we will consider candidates without experience in marketing, but it is important to have experience in the medical field or in communication with doctors (as a colleague, medical representative, KAM, etc.);• positive and strategic thinking, excellent communication skills, stress resistance. Main tasks: market analysis in across the main groups of consumers/products/competitors; development of strategy, tactics and participation in the promotion of the product to the market; constant search for growth points and their development; planning and control of the implementation of marketing activities to promote the product; preparation of promotional materials and conducting training of the company's divisions on new and existing products; conducting presentations, webinars, round tables and master classes; participation in budget development and sales forecasting; monitoring and analysis of the results of product implementation, identifying opportunities for its improvement and optimization; ensuring the achievement of planned indicators.
