Product manager in TAS LIFE

Requirements for the candidate: Higher education (finance, economics, law); Deep understanding of Ukrainian legislation in the field of insurance, experience of effective cooperation in a team; Desired experience work as an underwriter/ methodologist/ product manager or in another position (legal management) in the field of insurance from 2 years; Good communication skills, stress resistance, multifunctionality, responsibility, ability to make independent decisions; Well-developed mathematical and analytical abilities; Experienced user of MS Office, desirable work experience in Jira; Attention to detail, responsibility, accuracy; Functional duties: Implementation of new norms of the Law of Ukraine "On Insurance" in the company's internal documentation; Development and management of insurance products, creation of new ones and improvement of existing ones; Preparation of technical tasks for implementation products in the accounting system, testing settings, processing applications for the creation of new products; Development of regulatory documentation for operational activities; Development of product documentation (contracts, offers, instructions for product implementation, presentations, business cases); Monitoring and analysis of the effectiveness of insurance products, making changes to optimize the customer experience and reduce risks; Creation of training and presentation materials, consultation of employees and the network on products; Independently lead projects by direction (for example: DMS in retail, oncology treatment in Ukraine and abroad, and others) Analyze cases and manage portfolio of products in sales channels We offer: Official employment in a stable Ukrainian companyDecent salary level, bonuses based on work resultsMedical insurance programs, life insurance, the possibility of discounted insuranceCorporate training, the possibility of professional developmentLocation of the Company's office - Kyiv, str.
