Currently invites a product manager to join its team. Requirements: Higher education in management/marketing; 3 years of work experience in the field of marketing; Knowledge of the basics of lighting technology. English upper intermediate Basic duties: Tracking technological and technical trends on the World and Ukrainian markets. Identifying potential opportunities for product expansion and improvement. Competitor analysis and 4P development by product segment. Analysis of international market and technology trends. Analysis of the Ukrainian market (capacity, volume, competitive environment). Market segmentation (product, price). Development of product positioning, definition of the customer range, portrait of a complete audience. Formation of the product matrix (initiation, organization, execution). Calculation of the volume of purchases and target prices (initiation, organization, execution). Formation of FEO projects. Search for new suppliers, strategic partners for long-term cooperation. Formation of development TK for suppliers. Coordination and control of the development process for suppliers at all stages of the project from initiation to product implementation. Conducting commercial negotiations. Approval of technical specifications. Conducting technical negotiations with suppliers regarding products and packaging. Formation of TK for designers. Supervises the work of the designer. Monitors compliance of the packaging with the Company's requirements. Preparation of training materials for sales and customers. Sales support for the products of its segment. Product selection for the project. Definition of HPV products (characteristics, advantages, benefits) of the end user, creation of presentations for the training of the sales team. Working conditions: Work schedule remote work, 5-day work week; Salary from UAH 40,000 (plus bonuses and percentage of profit).
