The Ukrainian Academy of Biological Medicine is looking for a Product Manager to implement a new project in the field of cosmetology. FUNCTIONAL DUTIES: Monitoring the market of cosmetology services and cosmetic brands. Analysis of the competitive environment using analytical sources. Active search for partners and development of partnership relations: a) medical centers, who are interested in teaching injection techniques (homemesotherapy, infusion detox / anti-aging therapy, autohemotherapy, etc.) and supplying brands promoted by UABM; b) courses for cosmetologists interested in expanding the partner base within the framework of training programs: injection techniques, short schemes for specific situations with the use of brands promoted by UABM. Preparation of marketing materials for offline and online communications. Creation of informational content for visits - presentations, beech campaigns. Training of foreign service employees as part of the "Cosmetology" project. Development and implementation of a set of measures to increase sales, trade promotions, special offers, work with the customer base. Organization of posting product cards on Internet resources: texts, photos, videos, banners, etc. Development of scripts for call centers regarding products (up-sell and cross-sell). Implementation of a loyalty program, work with a base of regular customers. REQUIREMENTS: Experience in the field of marketing, sales (services / goods), work experience medical representative / project manager. Higher education (medical / marketing). Ability to systematically present information, create promotional content. Experience in conducting visits (as a medical representative / manager / call center operator), presentations. Knowledge of the market of cosmetology services, brands - will be an advantage! Communicability, responsibility, decency, result-oriented, goal-oriented, stress-resistant, flexibility.
