Product manager We will solve the following tasks together with you: Analyze the market and trends in business, form recommendations, protect justifications, implement appropriate solutions; Conduct product market analysis: prices, specifications, features of competitors' products, trends, demand, reviews; Develop products and their life cycle from 0 to go to market; Provide design development for products and all related activities with promos in channels and operational making changes to them depending on the competitive environment, the market situation, the company's strategy; Carry out product pricing; Prepare a development plan for new and existing products; Implement goals and objectives in accordance with the company's development strategy; Conduct search and negotiations with suppliers/partners of the company; Carry out training of employees of various departments on new company products; Develop briefings for company products; Carry out customer experience studies; Create product development backlog and work with the development team; Carry out communication and mutual settlements with partners; Carry out business case calculations. You are our candidate if you have: Work experience in the positions of Product owner, product manager from 3 years with confirmed cases of launch and successful development of complex products; Experience in the field of alternative energy will be an advantage; Level of English - upper intermediate Knowledge of the basics of strategic marketing: analysis of market attractiveness, analysis of needs through segmentation, analysis of competitiveness, targeting and positioning; Ability to form a market strategy: analysis of the portfolio and role of products, selection of a competitive strategy, assessment of growth opportunities; Availability of confident skills in complex management of cross-functional projects, implementation of a market access strategy for own products.
