Product manager in Nobel

We are currently looking for a strong profile with the right attitude to join our team as "Product Manager".
 
Job Purpose
 
 Product Manager will be reporting to Marketing Head and accountable for the development and implementation of a comprehensive marketing strategy for his/her product.
 
Principal Accountabilities
 

• Responsible for leading brand strategy and brand maximization activities for his/her product.
• Managing marketing initiatives in close collaboration with cross functional teams.
• Identifying market opportunities and devising strategies and tactics to assure successful execution
• Working closely with Field Force Team and key opinion leaders to implement innovative projects and optimize patient management to drive the brands forward.
• Participating in refining product messages and materials for presentations, as well as supporting segmentation, targeting, and positioning.
• Identifying and articulating needs & to develop and implement trainings.
• Ensuring that every marketing project meets all regulatory compliance policy requirements.

General Qualifications
 
 

• Medical/Pharmacy University degree 
• Fluency in English, Ukrainian
• Experience preferably at least 3 years of Product Management in company Health Care Industry
• Excellent presentation, analytical and communication skills (both written and oral)
• Eager to develop creative solutions to the unmet needs within disease area via flawless execution
• Willing to work with regional teams productively
• Advanced computer user (MS Office)
• Experience and confident use of pharma analytical programs (Proxima research, RX-test, Promo-test, Prozoro)
• Multi-tasking capability
• Ability to work with scientific information and communicate in the level of KOLs
