Product manager in Mirs

Tasks you will face: Continuous work with the supplier to agree on details, features and specific characteristics of products (both new and already on the market) Work with technical documentation (technical requirements for specific models, instructions, specifications), control of correct translation into UkrainianMonitoring the activity of competitors, analyzing market segments and a competitive environment Stimulating sales growthForming ordersControlling the production of advertising and presentation materialsDevelopment of pricing policyControlling balances, liquidity, turnover by brand categoriesWorking with the service, complaints and procurement department Our expectations: 2-3 years of experience in the given (or similar sub-functional) positionUnderstanding the basics of marketingExperience of working with pricing (for (retail sales) Ability to use benchmarks and conduct in-depth analysis of competitors Understanding of the product life cycle Confident command of the program package: Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint English for constant dialogue with suppliers — B2: Upper-Intermediate (Above average) - C1: Advanced (Advanced) Education: Higher economic (marketing is a priority) Competencies: Strategic thinking Knowledge of the market and products (and the desire to constantly improve and deepen your knowledge) High-quality communication and negotiation skills Excellent analytical skills Systematism Attention to details Activity Creativity and love for your work We offer: Work in a team of professionals and exchange experience within the organization and with foreign partners; Achieving ambitious goals together with a dynamically developing by a corporation in Ukraine; Five-day work week, 8-hour work day (possibility to work remotely) Vacation, sick leave — paid; Stability at the salary level — we push back against your expectations Send your resume and join the MIRS corporation).
