Product manager in Nutritive

Nutritive is a rapidly growing Ukrainian company producing high-quality cosmetics. Our portfolio includes 4 independent brands: Lapush, BIONO, Manelle, Rebellion. As well as contract manufacturing.

We want to become better, so we are looking for exceptionally ambitious and courageous people in the team who are interested in achieving results and setting new goals for themselves. We are looking for a specialist who does not accept the attitude "this is impossible".

Your future tasks:

• study the industry and competitors;
• discover new, interesting, trendy products in the field of care cosmetics;
• communication with technologists on new products:
• development of the appearance of the product, packaging, containers according to the brand concept (with a designer)
• plan long-term and short-term KPIs (key performance indicators);
• control of stages from creation to product launch;
• presentation of a new product;
• development of a pricing policy for a new product;
• obtaining all the necessary certificates and permits;
• monitoring product demand, consumer attitudes towards it, sales level;

Our candidate:

• Knows how to identify the needs of the target audience and imagines how to better satisfy them.
• Has high negotiation skills - establishing contact, arguing, working with objections.
• Knows how to properly interact with large volumes of information and structuring skills.
• A 100% team player.

• Ability to make decisions, clearly express an opinion and set tasks (questions) to oneself.
• Intelligence.
• Experience in sales of beauty products will be an advantage.
• Knowledge of English at Upper intermediate level and above will be an advantage.
