Stape is a product for server-side tracking tool hosting , and we are looking for a  Product Manager to join our tech team that powers thousands of customers around the globe. Our infrastructure spans across GCP and Scaleway, and includes various cloud-independent solutions, ensuring an exciting and diverse technical environment.

Responsibilities:

• Planning and coordinating all development project activities. (Jira development, Jira Product Discovery)
• Preparing and organizing the necessary project documentation. (Confluence)
• Determine feature scopes and priorities for product releases, guided by user and business requirements. (Release Planning)
• Manage the product backlog, ensuring that it is well-groomed, and prioritized based on business value. Work closely with the development team to ensure that the backlog items are well understood and estimated
• Coordinating and leading a cross-functionality team
• Conducting product demonstrations for stakeholders, customers, and the development team. Effectively communicate the product’s features, benefits, and value proposition.
• Continuously improve the product development process.

Requirements:

• 5+ years of commercial experience
• Proven experience as an Product Manager with SaaS product.
• Experience working with product requirements and be able to explain them to the team.
• Upper-Intermediate English level is a must.
