Key Responsibilities: Plan, initiate, and manage information technology projects for web-based products and platforms. Lead the ideation, technical development, and launch ofinnovative tools, platforms, and/or products. Drive product development with teams ofengineers and designers, while maintaining team health. Work closely with cross-functional teams todrive product vision, define product requirements, coordinate resources from other groups (design, legal, etc.), and guide the team through key milestones. Integrate usability studies, research, and market analysis into product requirements toimprove engineer productivity and enhance user satisfaction. Define and analyze metrics that inform the success ofproducts. Identify and track key performance metrics. Engage confidently with clients and project executives, providing regular updates and fostering positive relationships. Requirements: Fluent inEnglish with excellent verbal and written communication skills. Atleast 1year ofproject/product management experience, preferably within the education technology (EdTech) sector. Experienced inusing Jira for project management purposes. Strong interpersonal skills with atalent for working collaboratively with developers and other stakeholders. Unafraid tocommunicate with clients and executives, with aproactive approach toproblem-solving. Understanding ofQA processes and security measures inproject development. Basic knowledge ofbusiness analysis. Agenuine love for and experience with ChatGPT. Experience inthe EdTech industry ishighly desirable. Apassion for gaming and anunderstanding ofhow gaming elements can enhance educational experiences will beconsidered aplus. Aresponsible, reliable individual committed toachieving project success.
