We are looking for a  Product Manager who will join our team!

Requirements:

• Work experience as Product manager for 5 years (at least 2 years in telecom);

• Practical experience in launching products on the international market;

• The ability to determine product requirements necessary to fulfill the company’s business goals; (Interaction with the analyst).

• Practical experience in product development in international markets.

• Knowledge and application of project management principles: resource management, planning, work with Scrum, Kanban, Agile, and Waterfall methodologies;

• Ability to effectively communicate with development teams, marketing, and other departments;

• Excellent communication and presentation skills;

• Work experience in the telecom industry will be a plus;

• Experience with product analytics services, A/B tests;

• Excellent communication and presentation skills;

• Understanding of XXX technology stack, key product metrics LTV, Churn, APPU, and others.

Required skills:

• Development and implementation of product development strategy;

• Development and implementation of the product and additional functionality of the product: preparation of the TOR (together with the analyst), setting the tasks of the development department, monitoring the deadlines and quality of the tasks;

• Formation and verification of methodology and hypotheses regarding the improvement of qualitative and quantitative indicators of the product;

• Building a backlog, prioritizing tasks, planning deadlines;

• Preparation of reports on product indicators and product development plans aimed at increasing indicators in the medium term;

• Analyzing product metrics and adjusting plans based on them.
