Now weare looking for Product Manager who will join our team in Riga. The mandatory requirement isrelocation. Weexpect: Our ideal candidate would come from the iGaming industry, having filled similar roles ondifferent scales, being fully charged and passionate toevolve withus, and becoming amarket leader. —4or more years combined experience from Product roles; —Deep understanding ofthe iGaming platform structure and different features; —Deep understanding ofiterative product development methodologies— such aslean startup and agile methodologies; —Comfortable collaborating onUX challenges with designers; —Conduct competitor analysis, learn from the market and differentiate from competitors; —Production experience (Product orfeatures that you were directly working onreached production state); —You’re anexcellent communicator both verbally and written— Fluent inEnglish; —Management experience isanadvantage. Your main tasks willbe: —Take ownership over current and future roadmap based onthe business strategy; —Work closely with the stakeholders onthe business side toclearly understand the requirements and the priorities ofthe business; —Work tightly with Delivery and R&D toensure all requirements are clear and reduce impediments daily with the teams toensure efficient work; —Balancing this with room tosource and test exciting new opportunities, whilst championing aniterative approach tocreating value for our customers; —Managing both front-end and back-end products aswell astheir uptime, service, stability, scalability, cost, and compliance; —Fostering acontinuous improvement culture across your area and, through the use ofdata, insight, and delivery metrics, providing actionable information and insight tohelp drive key decisions and improve delivery efficiency and throughput.
