Key skills:
• 2+ years of hands-on experience in the dynamic world of iGaming, coupled with 3+ years of successful tenure as a Product Manager.
• Deep understanding of casino games, gambling trends, and betting landscapes, reflecting your dedication to staying ahead of the curve.
• Proven track record in orchestrating complex marketing campaigns that captivate audiences and deliver results.
• A strong command of gambling and betting metrics, translating raw data into actionable insights that shape strategic decisions.
• Creativity to infuse every project with innovation and vitality.
• English command at an upper intermediate level, ensuring effective communication across our international team
• Background in software development, change management, and operations to drive innovation and efficiency. Prior experience in these areas is a significant advantage.

Responsibilities:

• Product audit and roadmap creation for the next 6 months, considering priorities and task importance.
• Definition and implementation of a product development strategy based on market analysis, product evaluation, and company business goals.
• Development and management of the product roadmap, ensuring coordination with the platform.
• Research and understanding of user needs and expectations at each stage.
• User behavior analytics on the platform and preparation of reports based on analysis results for TOP GEO.
• Interaction with cross-functional teams to execute work plans, ensure progress, and achieve goals.
• Continuous monitoring of platform performance and taking corrective actions based on data and user feedback.
• Using analytical data to optimize existing features and proposing improvements to enhance the user experience.
• Managing the product department team, including hiring, development, training, and task allocation, ensuring high-quality work execution.
• Participation in professional conferences.
