We are looking for a  Product Manager with 2+ years of commercial experience, who:

●Has a successful experience in managing cross-functional teams
●Knows how to work in a Scrum team to achieve a high level of productivity
and interaction
●Is able to visualise and present ideas clearly
●Has the skills to effectively enhance existing products, taking into account
customer requirements and needs, market trends, and competitors’ activities
●Has a high level of technical literacy
●Communicates effectively with stakeholders from different departments, such
as business, marketing, and others
●Is result-oriented and able to work in a fast-paced environment

Responsibilities:
●Market analysis and strategy development in accordance with the company’s
goals
●Cooperation with the team of UI/UX designers in the preparation of layouts
●Preparation of requirements and documentation for existing and new
solutions
●Effective communication with technical teams (providing requirements and
monitoring their implementation), understanding technological solutions, and
identifying potential trade-offs.
●Analysing product metrics, conducting A/B testing
