This role is pivotal in shaping strategic initiatives that balance player incentives with risk assessment, thus driving growth and maintaining compliance in regulated markets.Key Responsibilities:- Develop and refine the product vision and strategy for our Bonus and Risk Management solutions, ensuring alignment with market needs and business objectives.- Lead cross-functional teams through the product lifecycle, from ideation and development to launch and continuous improvement.- Analyze market trends and customer feedback to identify opportunities for innovation and improvement.- Collaborate with engineering, compliance, and marketing teams to deliver products that meet legal standards and exceed customer expectations.- Define and track key performance indicators to assess product effectiveness and identify areas for enhancement.- Foster strong relationships with stakeholders, including regulatory bodies, to ensure our solutions adhere to industry standards and practices.Education, Qualifications & Experience:- Minimum of 5 years of experience in product management, preferably within the iGaming industry.- Proven track record in developing and managing products that involve complex data analysis and regulatory considerations.- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to use data-driven insights to make strategic decisions.- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of working effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders.- A deep understanding of the regulatory landscape and compliance requirements in the gaming or financial sectors.What we offer:- Remote work format.- Working hours from 10:00 to 18:00 (Mon-Fri).- Interesting work in successful projects.- Timely payment of salaries, official employment, 24 days of vacation and fun corporate events.- A friendly team and a pleasant atmosphere without pressure, stress and other negative things.We believe in the importance of unlocking the inner potential of each team member, we have an open and democratic system of work organization.We are waiting for you on our team!
