Requirements & Skills● 2+ years of product management experience in a middle level role.● Strong analytical skills, with a proven ability to make data-driven decisions andmeasure their impact.● Proficiency with BI tools like Power BI or similar.● System thinking and exceptional task prioritization skills.● Excellent written and verbal communication skills.● Understanding of UX/UI best practices, experience in creating effective user flows● Experience with AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, DALLE, etc.).● Upper-intermediate level of English.As a Plus● Experience in the gaming industry, either as a product manager or gamer (Dota2,LOL, CS2).Key Points:● The ideal candidate should autonomously lead a specific product direction,demonstrating the ability to manage responsibilities effectively with minimal need foroversight.● Decisions must be data-driven, combining product, market, and customer insightswith a strong understanding of product analytics.● Demonstrates strong teamwork and collaboration skills.
