Product Manager in PRO Gaming Software

What you need to do: - Manage the product life cycle, from concept to release, ensure its support and development. - Develop strategies for introduction to new geo , including competitor analysis, license evaluation and selection of optimal payment methods.- Creation of technical inquiries for the analytics department and preparation of analytical reports on traffic profitability and test results.- Preparation of technical specifications for the implementation of additional functionality and product improvements.- Conducting short-term experiments, including A /B-testing, bonus management, development of C2R and R2D funnel strategies, as well as customer loyalty management. Required skills: - 3+ years of experience as a Product Manager in product development for the German and Portuguese markets. - In-depth knowledge of key casino metrics, such as GGR, NGR, RTP, RR, C2R/R2D, LVT, spend / bonus rate.- Experience in conducting A/B analysis and understanding UX/UI design.- Experience in launching casino bonus policies and impacting functionality on product metrics .- Skills in creating player segments and C2R/R2D funnels.- Ability to effectively communicate with players, collect data and conduct AWOL analysis.- Experience in building Customer Journey Map (CJM) and product roadmap development.- Knowledge of popular payment methods and mechanisms gamification to increase retention and duration of player sessions.
