Join us and be a part of the product launch.Responsibilities:- Deconstruct product components to detail, creating a roadmap for product development and future expansion.- Work closely with stakeholders and customers to identify optimal strategies for addressing client needs, leveraging market insights.- Validate hypotheses for product viability, elevate products to desired standards, and craft impactful value propositions for products (spaces).- Generate innovative ideas for product creation, promoting continuous improvement and creative problem-solving.- Evaluate and test various ideas and concepts, ensuring the alignment of products with market demands.- Analyze competitor products and market trends to gain a competitive edge and inform product development strategies.- Develop comprehensive value propositions that resonate with target audiences, highlighting the unique benefits of our products.- Drive the development of MVPs and execute rigorous testing procedures.- Collaborate in the formulation of pricing models that reflect market value and customer expectations.- Facilitate the successful market introduction of products, overseeing strategic launch plans and initial market engagement.- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to assess existing groundwork, develop compelling value propositions for clients, and allocate spaces based on client needs.- Conduct thorough market research and analysis, evaluating existing research and identifying areas for systematic enhancement.- Pack the service into the product.- Analyze the user journey in the context of interaction between online and offline environments.Requirements:- Proven experience as a Product Manager 4+ years;- Strong analytical skills;- Successful experience working in a startup environment;- Skills in structuring information and packaging products;- Proficiency in strategic planning and the ability to build business models and monetization strategies;- Skills in market research and analyzing customer behaviors;- Excellent communication skills;- English - B2.Will be a plus:- Experience in offline + online products;- Familiarity with and interest in the topic of WEB 3.We offer:- Close cooperation with CEO;- Ability to impact on the product;- Strategic role in the developing product;- Ability to take part in 0-1 stage of the product;- Opportunity to build the team, launch and develop the product in the different markets;- Driving innovative product.
