We’re looking for astrong and highly motivated Product Manager tomanage the feature development and release management. 🏡 Important: weare looking for aperson with the opportunity towork inour office inKyiv. What you’ll do(responsibilities) General document workflow Work with procurement documents (PR-PO-Invoice-Matching) Manage all the deliverables, releases, and hotfixes for the test and production environments Gather requirements from the stakeholders. Prioritize and define the final scope ofwork. Create technical requirements and ensure that all the customer’s pains are solved. Set upand track the release tasks. Manage the release activities (task tracking, notifications, testing etc) Gather customer’s cases. Resolve ad-hoc problems. Provide stakeholders with written reports and updates. What welook for (requirements) Education related tomath, computer science, oreconomics. Experience: atleast 1year inProduct Management Solid knowledge SQL, UXbest practices Time and task management, nomicromanagement Learned about accounting and finance operations Upper-intermediate level English Knowledge ofthe best practices for API integrations Excellent written and spoken communication Critical thinking mindset Strong sense ofpriority Potentially infuture— lead your team (jun product manager) You will always see aresults and your impact onthe product and revenue. Nice-to-have skills Experience product, project management, technical support— best fit: worked oninternal/external products for finance department Customer-facing communication Extremely honest and open-minded tothe feedback Ability topredict problems Expected Result: 3months: Deep understanding ofthe product, features, processes, and customer cases. Able toanswer the questions regarding the process: How does itwork? Dowehave some workaround for the issue? Will wehave itinthe future? Can weadd ittothe roadmap? Taken responsibility for 2Product plan features, and released atleast 1feature into production. 6months: You should take full responsibility for two feature modules and beable toperform all thePM activities— requirements, solution drafting, and approval, task management, release management, and product training. 9 months: Understanding how toimprove the customer’s experience. Designed and developed 3completely new features. 12months: Extend the feature portfolio to3modules. Take the responsibility for atleast 2developers.
