We are a product company working in the global market. Currently, we are a team of 80+ talented Ukrainians working 100% remotely from day one. We have 4000+ customers all over the world using our platform every day. We are now looking for a great Product Manager to join our exceptional team!

As a Product Manager, you should be passionate about creating strategies that focus on meeting customer needs and demands. You love ensuring every product decision centers around an excellent UI/UX. You’ll plan, manage, and prioritize the product backlog, and develop and execute product features efficiently.

Requirements

• 3+ years in Product Management
• B2B SaaS experience with a strong SB preference
• Advanced proficiency in written and spoken English
• Ability to build and execute product/feature development plans
• Ability to transform users’ needs into product features
• Experience in analyzing market/competitors’ products, identifying pain points and problems of potential users, development zones, and product growth prospects
• Solid understanding of unit economics and monetization, adept at working with various business models
• Strong sense of taste, able to distinguish mediocre UI/UX from a great one
• Exceptional user research skills, including conducting numerous interviews and polls, with proficiency in analysis and deriving insights
• Profound knowledge of product analytics, from initial setup to creating dashboards and sharing insights; hands-on experience with tools like Amplitude, Mixpanel, or Tableau
• Scientific mindset, excelling at statistics and making data-backed decisions
• Proven speed in high-velocity environments, thriving in formulating hypotheses, testing, and immediate implementation with the team
• Outstanding communication skills, ensuring clarity in upward, peer-level, and downward communication
• Passionate about technology, startups, and tech businesses
• Capable of working independently with minimal supervision, efficiently managing time and resources
• Experience in collaborating with designers and development teams
• Knowledge of prototyping tools

Responsibilities

• Create the product strategy and plan the work to support it, with a primary focus on satisfying customers’ wishes and demands
• Ensure a user-centric approach in all product decisions, prioritizing an excellent UI/UX
• Manage, prioritize, and implement your backlog
• Develop and execute product/feature development plans with a focus on efficient implementation
• Lead user research initiatives, conducting interviews and polls to gather valuable insights
• Own the funnel end-to-end, running experiments to optimize and improve its performance
• Be the driver for main funnel analytics
• Conduct market and competitor analysis to identify areas of growth and product improvement
• Collaborate with designers and development teams to ensure the product meets user needs and expectations
• Maintain a high level of organization and time management to balance multiple priorities
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to continually improve the product
• Innovate and drive new ideas to enhance the product’s value and market position
