Constant search for ideas, analysis, study of market trends, analysis of competitors2. Product life cycle management, sales study and analysis: from the introduction of new products to their withdrawal from the assortment3. Studying feedback, pain points, customer needs and finding effective solutions in the cosmetic industry4. Planning the introduction of products/trends/solutions into the product range, communication with other departments and implementation within the specified time frame 5. Communication with production and contractors 6.
