Product Manager in CLUST

Product Manager Kyiv, remote CLUST — an ecosystem for the growth of IT products. We work as a venture builder. We support founders at all stages of development: from the validation of the startup idea to scaling up to international markets. Our goal is to implement great ideas and transform them into a profitable international business with Ukrainian roots. Therefore, we created a platform to support young entrepreneurs who have such ideas and need resources for implementation. Due to the active growth of the partner business, we are currently looking for a Product Manager. Main responsibilities: —Creation, prioritization and maintenance of the product backlog of taroadmap in an up-to-date state for the fastest and most effective achievement of business goals; — User Journey/ User Experience research on the product and reporting; — Creation and prioritization of the taroadmap backlog for a team of designers (back office, client frontend, other services developed by the company); —Analysis of competitors and benchmarks with the help of GAP analysis, creation of reports and SWOT of our product compared with benchmarks; —Participation on an equal basis with the ownership of product processes of grooming, releases, testing (this includes writing Acceptance Criteria for Manual QA + possible help with all testing); — Creation of a detailed description of tasks for the development team; — Cooperation with related teams — processing of business requests and formation of the backlog based on requests; —Communication with 3rd party companies on external integrations. What we expect from the candidate: — 2+ years of work experience as a Product Manager in a product IT company; —Knowledge of product analytics; —Understanding the basic principles of development; —Strong management skills; — Analytical thinking and experience in using analytics tools; —Basic knowledge of unit economics; — Confident planning and prioritization skills; —Knowledge of the English language at the level of Intermediate.
