The "Product manager" position at EliteMedica is a key role in dynamic environment of our Company, the purpose of which is to develop new products, strengthen sales and strengthen the influence of our Company on the medical industry. We are looking for a responsible and energetic person who will ensure effective interaction within his area of responsibility, initiate the improvement of existing business processes, ensure fruitful communication with our manufacturing partners to obtain high-quality and timely information and convey it to the team. Requirements: Higher education (project management, marketing, preferably medical, but not mandatory); 3 years of experience in a similar/analogous position, experience in product development or service development — mandatory; Systematic, analytical abilities — experience in market analysis, industry development trends; English language level sufficient for negotiations with suppliers and understanding of technical documentation, correspondence - minimum B2. Tasks: Formation of a promotion strategy for the Company's new brands, taking into account the Company's goals and strategy and existing market trends; Support for the launch and further support of the Company's new products; Ensuring a high level of sales training of the Company by building an effective system of theoretical and practical training; Building effective work and interaction with suppliers, preparation and control of all stages of certification (translation — catalogs, instructions, technical files) control of certification terms, updates educational material according to the information. Methodical consultation of clients as part of the project team; Participation in conferences, exhibitions and seminars - as a participant, organizer, speaker.
