Product manager in MDM group

That is why the work in our company is creative and promising. The purpose of the position: managing the product range and the process of creating a new product. Functional duties: Formation of the assortment matrix for each product (existing and new products) Product positioning (price segmentation, unique characteristics, reconstruction from Formation of profit and sales plans by products Formation of a pricing system (system of discounts and benefits) taking into account the requirements of all sales channels, calculation and confirmation of special prices Control of competitor pricing changes and prompt response Formation of offers for key customers under special agreements, Private Label, tenders. If necessary, participation in negotiations with key customers Monitoring work with product quality complaints Visiting specialized exhibitions to learn new trends, new products, get to know potential suppliers Forming recommendations for the development of new product lines, entering other markets Skills and abilities: work experience is cool! knowledge of the specifics of the household chemicals market, mandatory experience of interaction with production, an analytical mindset, the ability to structure, analyze information and work with it, good teamwork skills.
