Product Manager in Intecracy Group

At Nectain, a dynamic B2B SaaS company, we are looking for an innovative Product Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be instrumental in driving the development and success of our Document Management System (DMS) solutions. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to define product vision, strategy, and roadmap, ensuring our products meet market needs and exceed customer expectations.Responsibilities: Define and articulate the product vision and strategy, aligning with the company’s goals and customer needs.Collaborate with engineering, design, sales, marketing, and support teams to develop and launch new features and enhancements.Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify customer needs, market trends, and emerging opportunities in the DMS and SaaS sector.Develop and maintain a product roadmap, prioritizing features based on business impact and customer value.Define and analyze key performance indicators to evaluate product performance and inform future product development.Engage with customers and users to gather feedback and insights, using them to improve the product continuously.Work closely with the marketing team to develop go-to-market strategies and product positioning.Manage the product lifecycle from concept to launch, including idea generation, scope definition, and backlog management.Foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement within the product team.Requirements: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Business Analysis, or a related field.Proven experience as a Product Manager in a SaaS or technology company, with a track record of successfully managing and launching products.Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with an ability to make data-driven decisions.Strong leadership and communication skills, capable of articulating complex ideas to various stakeholders and influencing cross-functional teams.Experience in Agile/Scrum methodologies and working in a fast-paced, dynamic startup environment.User-centric mindset with a passion for creating intuitive and impactful user experiences.Creative thinking with an ability to identify and pursue innovative solutions to complex problems.Fluent in English, with the ability to articulate complex product concepts clearly and persuasively.Must be located in Europe (or willing/able to relocate)What We Offer: A chance to be part of a fast-growing company with an innovative culture.An opportunity to shape the future of document management in a digital age.A collaborative, team-oriented environment where your ideas can make a real impact.Competitive salary and benefits package.
