You are our candidate if: you have at least 2 years of work experience in a similar position (pharma company); you have a higher education (preferably a pharma education); you have leadership skills, high self-organization, motivation for results, communication skills, stress resistance. In our team, you will: form a product strategy (promotion and development of the product line, OTS and Rx drugs, market and competitor analysis to determine key areas of development); plan and prepare visits for medical representatives (develop educational material and instructions for MPs, organization of work with MPs in the fields); engage in training of medical representatives (conducting training programs, product training, clinical data and sales); monitor and manage the product life cycle (assessment of the current state of products in the portfolio and making decisions on making changes, if necessary, developing and implementing measures to improve products); analyze competitors' pricing policies and develop a competitive pricing strategy; develop and implement digital marketing strategies for products; develop media plans and advertising campaigns to promote products, cooperate with media agencies and advertising partners.
