Our centers have everything necessary for pregnant women and mothers with children up to 6 years old. We are currently looking for a professional responsible for the category "Clothes for babies and clothes and underwear for pregnant women". What is needed to do? Develop a product strategy for the year and an action plan according to the strategy; create planograms from the layout of products according to the matrix; Conduct product role analysis; Manage category margin and ROI; Collect and analyze information about the competitive environment; Form price maps for category products; Develop, launch and monitor activities in all sales channels (physical stores of our network, website, Instagram); Plan and control the budget for the promotion and purchase of goods; Create and conduct various activities aimed at promoting the product; Organize training for employees of the product store network; Communicate with company departments and set tasks for related departments (designers, SMM, Internet marketer , operations department, finance department, legal, etc.). What skills/experience will you need? Work experience of 3 years or more in the position of Product Manager, Brand Manager; Experience in purchases, sales and development of the segment "Clothing, shoes and accessories" of the Ukrainian market from 3 years; Knowledge of the specifics of Fashion retail (clothes, shoes); speed of decision-making and independence; Desire to develop in marketing; Willingness for business trips (Kyiv/Kharkiv/Turkey/Poland/Germany).
