Development and implementation of the marketing strategy for the development of the "Apteki.ua" project, creation and approval of Road Maps. — Analysis and monitoring of the competitive environment in pharmaceutical e-commerce. Ensuring the growth of the share of the "Apteki.ua" project in e-commerce according to the set goals. — Ensuring constant growth and monitoring resource traffic, developing new services for visitors, increasing attractiveness for advertisers. — Control of the Apteki.ua site's content with relevant, up-to-date and unique content. — Promotion of App.Apteki.ua, generation of new users, their retention and control of the level of satisfaction with the product. — Technical improvement of the product, according to the Road Map. — Interaction with the sales department to develop offers to advertisers/clients. — Development of presentations and other marketing materials for product promotion. — Finding new niches, new partners and customers for the product, testing marketing hypotheses. — Monitoring of costs and ROI of the project and regular reporting on achieved goals and completed tasks according to the Road Map. — Control of marketing and financial metrics, analytics, budgeting, reporting — Selection of specialists according to the needs of the project, assessment of their competencies, hard skills audit of the team.
