Our expectations from the candidate: higher medical, pharmaceutical or biological education; the ability to make presentations to different audiences; confident PC user - MS Office package; understanding of the basics of marketing, modern tools; knowledge of laboratory business will be an advantage; we will consider candidates without marketing experience, but it is important to have experience in the medical field or in communication with doctors (as a colleague, medical representative, KAM, etc.); positive and strategic thinking, excellent communication skills, stress resistance. Main tasks: market analysis in terms of the main groups of consumers/products/competitors; development of strategy, tactics and participation in the promotion of the product to the market; constant search for growth points and their development; planning and monitoring of the implementation of marketing activities to promote the product; preparation of promotional materials and training of the company's divisions on new and existing products; conducting presentations, webinars, round tables and workshops classes; participation in budget development and sales forecasting; monitoring and analysis of the results of product implementation, identifying opportunities for its improvement and optimization; ensuring the achievement of planned indicators.
