Product manager in ITfika

We are looking for an experienced Product Manager with 3+ years of experience to work remotely to develop digital products for 2 sites in the paint/home design/home decor niche, US market. Our ideal candidate is someone who has experience successfully managing the lifecycle of digital products, from ideation to implementation. Key responsibilities: Development and implementation of a comprehensive product strategy. Management of the entire digital product life cycle, including strategy definition, development, release and product support, from ideation to development with the designer. Market and competitor analysis, identification of user needs and formation of requirements for of the product. Cooperation with development, design, marketing and sales teams to ensure the successful execution of the product strategy. Planning and tracking of product performance indicators, adapting the strategy according to the analysis of the results. Submitting ideas for product improvement. Keeping documentation and reporting. Building and knowing the principles of cross and upsell. Candidate requirements: Minimum of 3-4 years of digital product/project management experience in the Home decor/Home Design/Architecture or Beauty industry. US market Previous remote work experience and the ability to collaborate effectively in a remote format.Experience in developing and promoting digital products.High level of self-organization, responsibility and attention to detail.Strong analytical skills and the ability to work with data to make informed decisions.B1 level of English and above. Teamwork skills and interaction with various divisions of the company.
