Product manager in Nova poshta, TOV

What you need to do: Development of the company's products related to international delivery/receipt for business/private customers; Product concept development, protection and verification; Project work on product implementation; Participation in process development; Coordination of business and organizational and legal work of the product in the company; Customer testing ;Assessment of product satisfaction (CSI) by building a Customer Journey Map (Service Design methodology);Participation in the preparation and implementation of internal materials (instructions, rules, etc.);Participation in the preparation of training materials (including participation in the formation of commercial offers) ;Analysis of the commercial indicators of the product;Participation in negotiations with customers on the connection of products;Participation in the formation of the strategy of product promotion and sales of products.We expect from you: Work experience in the position of product manager/product owner/brand manager from 2 years.Confident project work skills (launch of new products); IT skills (description of business requirements for changes, work on SCRUM, knowledge of JIRA, testing the operation of information systems and client processes); Marketing (business orientation, mastery of communication tools with clients: Service design, NPS, CSI )
