RichMediaSystems is a product-oriented IT company that is exclusively engaged in the development and improvement of its own products and projects. We invite to our team a Product manager who will play a key role in defining the product strategy and its development.

Requirements:

• 5 years of experience in e-commerce projects in the role of Product manager;
• understanding the basics of development and marketing;
• skills in working with analytical tools;
• ability to make decisions based on data and analytics;
• excellent communication skills and the ability to work in a team;
• higher education in business, marketing, IT or related fields;

Responsibilities:

• development and implementation of product strategy to improve user experience and increase sales;
• analysis of the market, competitive environment and customer needs;
• identifying and prioritizing product features and improvements based on analytics and user feedback;
• compilation and control of the product road map (roadmap);
• management of cross-functional teams (designers, developers, testers, analysts) to implement tasks;
• monitoring and analysis of key product indicators (KPI);
• maintaining documentation and reporting on projects.

Will be an advantage:

• experience with UX/UI design and A/B testing;
• understanding the basics of SEO and digital marketing;
• knowledge of modern development methodologies (Agile, Scrum).
