Product Manager in PayAdmit

PayAdmit is looking for Product Manager to join our team!Requirements:- experience in payment systems, processing;- team management experience;- the experience of strategic planning for the year, quartal;- the experience of creating a roadmap for a project;- experience in running projects from scratch;- project management skills;- strong presentation and communication skills;- stress resistance, ability to work with difficult situations/customers, skills to work with objections;- multitasking, quick learnability, inquisitiveness, broad outlook.Duties:- develop a portrait of the team and participate in its selection;- product creation and maintenance;- control of tasks on all spectrums and directions, including development;- the competent setting of technical tasks to specialists, and control over their implementation;- analysis of project development, making proposals to improve performance, expansion, optimization;- analysis of the market and competitors, implementation of additional features.Working conditions:• Work schedule 5/2 from 10-00 to 19-00;• Remote work;• We provide all the necessary tools for your successful and comfortable work;• Learning English at the expense of the company;• Ability to switch between projects and try yourself in different roles.
