We are looking for a product manager to join our team!Tasks you will face: Development of brand development strategies Introduction of new products Range management, pricing Strategic work planning and budgeting for TM Organization and provision of data on market, competitor and consumer market analysis Organization and control formation of an assortment and price policy for different markets and types of customers. Development and control of the application of brand positioning in the market to achieve commercial indicators in accordance with the corporation's strategy. Formation of the annual budget (sales through sales channels, margin, marketing expenses) Marginal income management, pricing: prices, price -letters, discounts Conducting negotiations with strategically important main suppliers Ensuring and monitoring financial agreements with suppliers Search and development of new, promising sales channels Search and calculation of profitable promo offers for customers Management of stock and turnover by brand in all warehouses, SKUParticipation in the formation of a warehouse program together with the analytical group Work with illiquids, (development of measures to work with illiquids), formation of special offers, sales, markdowns Organization and control of training for brands, partners and employees of the company Formation of advertising and marketing activities by brands Our expectations: Experience in bringing the brand to the market Experience in the development and implementation of strategies, the ability to manage margins, sales management in wholesale distribution channels, the ability conduct negotiations Analytical thinking, the ability to analyze problems, distinguish their constituent elements, draw systematic and logical conclusions, solve problems quickly, qualitatively and in cooperation with the team Planning skills, the ability to forecast the development of events and anticipate possible problems, develop specific ways to solve them English — upper intermediate / advance We offer: Work in a team of professionals and exchange experience within the organization and with foreign partners; Achieving ambitious goals together with a dynamically developing corporation in Ukraine; Five-day work week, 8-hour work day (possibility to work remotely) Vacation, sick leave — paid; Stability At the salary level — we push back against your expectations Send your resume and join the MIRS corporation)
