Responsibilities: • Priorities can often change inafast-paced environment like ours, sothis role includes, but isnot limitedto, the following responsibilities: • Collaborate withUX and visual designers totransform bold concepts into refined, well-scoped features; • Find opportunities and develop supporting materials with quantitative and qualitative-driven insights, advocating for creative and innovative solutions tocomplex problems; • Perform detailed analyses ofcompeting launcher applications, including feature sets, content offerings, and general UX; • Find new ideas toA/B test tofurther the growth ofthe online casino ecosystem. • Monitor performance tounderstand trends, retention, conversions, and engagement ofthe online casino players. • Understand the player journey and create best-in-class solutions, ensuring key selling features and product info isrepresented accurately inthe platform with astrategic lens towards improving comprehension, conversion, and player satisfaction. Requirements: • Must have strong experience inProduct management within iGaming/ Sports Betting/ Online Casino orsimilar Industry; • Expertise incollecting and analysing feature performance through advanced analytics, tracking KPIs, and deep analysis ofuser behaviour and intent; • Data-driven attitude that can understand our player base and market trends and translate them into business opportunities; • Proven ability togenerate innovative ideas and solve complex problems; • Familiarity with behavioural economic concepts, data analysis, UX/UI, and A/B testing; • Ability tobalance adata-driven attitude with creative problem-solving while maintaining aplayer focused perspective; • Exceptional business judgment with astrategic and analytical attitude; • Excellent written and verbal communication skills— ability toarticulate complex ideas and influence others; • Ability tobeaself-starter and individual contributor onthe team; • Ability tocommunicate well inboth small and large groups; • Comfortable with giving and receiving candid feedback; • Solid understanding ofthe latest gaming systems and industry trends.
