Product Manager in SKELAR

Product Manager Kyiv SKELAR is a venture builder that builds international product IT companies with the help of the world of venture investments. Together with the co-founders, we gather strong teams to launch product IT businesses and win in global markets. Now I am looking for a Product Manager for Howly — a marketplace for professional online consultations. We plan to revolutionize the online consulting industry by turning you into a personal pocket expert. Howly provides fast, personalized and accessible answers to users' questions, for experts - creates an opportunity to effectively apply their knowledge, experience and time. What challenges await: — Form a backlog of hypotheses and ideas to improve the product from the UX point of view — Form a backlog of experiments related to email/SMS/Push communication — Together with designers, prepare these experiments/features, with engineers to prove their release What is important for us: Must-have: — Experience work on a product or in product analytics with hypothesis generation — Experience working with product analytics, incl. use of analytical tools (e.g. Amplitude/Tableau/PowerBI/GA)—Ability to systematically approach problem solving—find the cause of the problem, break it down into small components and form a solution—Basic understanding of patterns in UX/UI—what can work well, or badly (not necessarily courses or books , may be from experience/analysis of competitors/...)—Experience of interaction with engineers Nice-to-have: —English is not lower than upper-intermediate —Understanding of development processes, what kind of API, the difference between Front-end and Back-end In addition to businesses, we wash Charity fund SKELAR, which helps in providing Ukrainian defenders with ammunition and equipment, and also supports external military projects.
