Product Manager in Bubibo

Product Manager Kyiv Bubibo — a pet-tech startup is looking for a Product Manager. We are currently looking for an experienced Product Manager who will be responsible for the preparation of the market launch of our B2B SaaS system for veterinarians and animal care specialists in other countries. Our goal is to create the best product in our niche and help pet owners improve communication with their pets and simplify their care. Location Kyiv (we work in a hybrid format, but during onboarding we prefer Zofis work). Unas is already in full swing! We need a person who can quickly lead one of the areas of work. Before the start of the development, extensive research work was carried out, the materials of which will be an opportunity to get acquainted. The product is now coming out of the MVP stage and is ready to begin transformation to meet the needs of the markets of other countries, so the tasks will be related to the preparation of access to foreign markets, evaluation of launch results, feedback work, planning of product and Go-to-Market strategies, filling and prioritization of the backlog. Tasks: —Research of target markets, their features, competitors and customer needs. — Development of strategies for entering new markets. — Localization: Adaptation of the product to the needs of the target audience. —Development of pricing for target markets, taking into account the competitive situation and other factors. —Preparation and assignment of tasks to the team for product modernization. —Generation, validation and implementation of hypotheses necessary for the successful launch and promotion of the product in other markets. —Monitoring customer requests and analyzing the results of product promotion. Our expectations from the candidate: — At least 3 years of work experience as a Product Manager/Product Owner. —Experience in managing products in B2B/SaaS in Tier 1 markets. —Proficiency in English equal to Upper Intermediate +—Successful practical cases when your decisions led to improvement of product performance. —Knowledge of UI/UX principles, digital product development processes, experience in writing requirements, ready for pre-development. —Developed empathy and product intuition. —Excellent communication skills.
