Requirements & Skills

● 2+ years of product management experience in a middle level role.

● Strong analytical skills, with a proven ability to make data-driven decisions and

measure their impact.

● Proficiency with BI tools like Power BI or similar.

● System thinking and exceptional task prioritization skills.

● Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

● Understanding of UX/UI best practices, experience in creating effective user flows

● Experience with AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, DALLE, etc.).

● Upper-intermediate level of English.

As a Plus

● Experience in the gaming industry, either as a product manager or gamer (Dota2,

LOL, CS2).

Key Points:

● The ideal candidate should autonomously lead a specific product direction,

demonstrating the ability to manage responsibilities effectively with minimal need for

oversight.

● Decisions must be data-driven, combining product, market, and customer insights

with a strong understanding of product analytics.

● Demonstrates strong teamwork and collaboration skills. Proactively interacts with game designer, data analyst, data scientist, and business analyst.

Responsibilities:

● Develop and manage the strategy for specific product direction.

● Define, own, and improve key metrics within your area of the product.

● Coordinate with the lead product manager to align and achieve common objectives.

● Utilize data-driven insights to develop hypotheses for product improvements and test

these hypotheses through experiments and analysis.

● Maintain clear, comprehensive, and up-to-date product documentation.
