Due to the active growth of the product, we are looking for an experienced and ambitious Senior Product Manager.
What will be required to do:
- Develop, prioritize and maintain an up-to-date product backlog and roadmap to achieve business goals in the fastest and most efficient way;
— Research and analysis of user journeys and experience (User Journey / User Experience) on the product with further reporting;
—Formation and prioritization of the backlog and roadmap for the design team, including back office, client interface and other company services;
—Conducting competitor and benchmark analysis using GAP analysis, reporting and SWOT analysis of the product in comparison with benchmarks;
—Responsibility for product processes, including grooming, releases and testing, writing Acceptance Criteria for Manual QA, and possible participation in testing itself;
—Creating and detailing tasks for the development team;
— Cooperation with related teams, processing business requests and forming a backlog based on them;
— Interaction with partner companies regarding external integrations.
What we expect from the candidate:
— Work experience in the position of Product Manager in an iGaming company from 3 years;
—Knowledge of methods and tools of product analytics;
—Technical knowledge and understanding of basic development principles;
— High level of managerial skills;
—Analytical mindset, experience with analytical tools and knowledge of key performance indicators (KPI) of casino products;
— Ability to effectively plan and prioritize;
- Knowledge of the English language at the Intermediate+ level.
