Requirements for the candidate: higher education (marketing, economics); 2 years of work experience with a similar function; skills in product category management, pricing, product management; knowledge of product promotion methods, sales planning; knowledge of the Excel program, ability to work with large arrays of data. Personal qualities: sociability, attentiveness, systematicity, responsibility. Professional qualities: analytical mindset, the ability to negotiate, knowledge of the basic rules of merchandising and the ability to use them, the ability to think strategically, the ability to navigate difficult situations, internal organization. Functional duties Connections: Product category management. Creation and maintenance of a balanced assortment portfolio. Development of a strategy for the development of one's product direction, pricing policy, competitive strategy and sales strategy. Analysis of sales dynamics, balances. Coordination and organization of the interaction of a trade marketer, sales team, ZED managers. Communication with factories. Constant monitoring of the market and development of competitor analysis.
