Now we are looking for a Product Manager who will work on the onboarding zone of the user into the product. Your future tasks: —Generate product hypotheses and validate them through a huge number of A/B tests. —Work on a user segmentation system and determine which version of the product they fall into in order to receive the greatest ROI. —Control the product development process at all stages: idea, design, development, analytics. — Autonomously build a zone and processes in it. Manage the goals and strategy of the zone. —Build a partnership with the marketing team. —Conduct constant user and market research to find the bottlenecks of the product for growth. The ideal candidate for us has: —Experience in the role of Product Manager/Product Marketing Manager/Product Owner; — Desire to engage in constant growth-hacking. —Successful cases of achieving business goals thanks to testing of product hypotheses; — Track record of personal victories as part of the product team; — The practice of implementing data-based solutions in business; —Skills in setting goals and their execution. In addition to businesses, we are developing the SKELAR foundation from the employees of our venture builder to support the Armed Forces.
