Product Manager Львів AsaPM, you’ll play apivotal role indefining and implementing monetization strategies for our games, ensuring both engagement and revenue goals are met. You’ll work closely with cross-functional teams todrive product vision, execute Live Operations, and analyze data tocontinuously optimize performance. Your main challenges will include: Define and implement monetization strategies across the game lifecycle todrive engagement and revenue. Collaborate with stakeholders, including Designers, Producers, and Marketing, toalign onproduct strategy and feature roadmaps. Lead Live Operation activities, including event planning, promotions, and updates, toenhance player experience and meet business objectives. Conduct ABtesting, research, and data analysis toinform decision-making and improve performance. Mentor and train team members onbest practices and key performance indicators (KPIs) for monetization. Requirements: Atleast 2years ofexperience inGames/Online/Consulting Hands-on experience inbusiness analysis techniques, full proficiency ofExcel/PowerPoint Knowledge oftheoretical and practical aspects ofbusiness analysis Excellent analytical &data modeling skills Upper-Intermediate inEnglish Bonus Points: Bachelor’s degree inMarketing, Economics orarelated field; Master isaplus Understanding ofQuality Assurance, Project Management and SDLC methodology (e.g. Waterfall, Agile) principles Weoffer: Possibility towork inaglobal product company with talented people.
