Product Manager in SKELAR

Product Manager abroad SKELAR is a venture builder that builds international tech companies with the rules of the venture investment world. Together with the co-founders, we gather strong teams to launch product IT businesses and win in global markets. We are currently launching a new startup in the fashion industry and are looking for the first Product Manager in the business. Joining the team now means: 1. Working in fashion, one of the largest consumer industries in the world. 2. Enter the outside, when fashion continues to undergo a significant change in the pattern of purchases: the share of purchases through influencers and creators is increasing (more than 35% annually). 3. Actively engage the audience for the business not only through standard Meta mechanics, but also through Tiktok and Instagram/Tiktok/Youtube influencers. 4. To interact directly with the world of influencers and creators — both in product promotion and from the point of view of content creation. 5. Launch joint projects with Tier-1 and Tier-2 fashion brands, fashion magazines, platforms. The startup is at the MVP stage, so this is a unique opportunity to join the business at an early stage, have unlimited career prospects and grow to a C-level manager with responsibility for a large part of the business. The second area of ​​responsibility will include: — Close turnkey (with the involvement of necessary third-party resources, if necessary) all work with MVP of the product, starting with payment providers and ending with work with pricing; — Creation of a product (Web, in the future App) from scratch, active participation in the formation of the strategy and stages of product development; —Generating hypotheses to improve product monetization metrics; — Formation of product insights based on analytical data; — Formation of a product team (from content managers to design and development). What is important to us?—From 2-x years of work experience as a product manager; —Successful cases of building a B2C product from scratch in the US and European markets; —Mentality of an entrepreneur—you feel comfortable developing and expanding there, there was nothing before; — Experience with Jira/ SQL/ Tableau/ Amplitude; —Knowledge of key product metrics and their relationships; — Good communication skills, the ability to quickly establish contacts and develop a network; —Systematic and structured work, strong analytical abilities and data-driven approach; —Attention to details, high level of self-organization and time management; —Creativity of being able to generate qualitatively new ideas and hypotheses; — English level B2+. In addition to businesses, we are developing the SKELAR foundation from the employees of our venture builder to support the Armed Forces.
