We develop, manufacture and sell electronic devices entirely ourselves: we develop and assemble circuit boards, housings, produce molds, cast plastics, create software from the idea of supplying the client. Unas has a full cycle of product creation, so different specialists can be present at one meeting: electronic board assemblers, Java architects, marketers, and sales. We are now looking for a Product manager to join our already large team. Our ideal candidate: Work experience of 2 years in a similar position or RM; Experience of successfully launching a product/strategy for the international market, improving existing products, which is confirmed by numbers; The ability to work autonomously without constant supervision and without the need for micromanagement; Proficiency in English equal to Pre-Intermediate + ; Strong leadership qualities and desire to develop within the company; High level of self-organization, strategic and structured thinking; It is desirable to have experience working with military or military equipment. What tasks await you: Carry out the process of regular marketing research and analysis; Creating and determining priorities, testing hypotheses for the implementation of new backlog management functions based on successful product management practices; Creation of road maps, development and implementation of projects and ensuring the availability of the necessary technical resources for their implementation; Product interviews to determine the purposes of collecting feedback from our customers, converting all information collected into a decision; Make a documented impact assessment for each implemented change; All decisions must be based on figures and have a well-structured and accessible history; Act as a liaison between business and technical teams and work closely with marketing to properly highlight important updates; Creation of documentation for updates of other functions; Quickly react nazmina; Create, support and update product management processes.
