Product manager

Duties

• Interaction with stakeholders, collection and structuring of requirements for the development, support and development of systems and registers
• Formation of the overall strategy for the development, support and development of systems and registers
< li>Extending the functionality of current systems and registries
• Distributing roles in the team
• Determining the priorities of team actions
• Setting the CRI for development and support teams of systems and registries
• User satisfaction analysis

Necessary skills

• Knowledge of methodology, principles and cycle development, support and development of IT products
• Negotiation and conflict resolution skills
• Experience in managing a technical team of 15 people
• Practical experience in using project management tools ( JIRA, Confluence, MS Project, etc.)
