Product Manager in COAX Software

The COAX Software team is growing and the number of projects is increasing! Therefore, we are looking for a Middle Product Manager who will help to coolly lead and develop projects🔥

COAX develops products in the fields of e-commerce, fintech, real estate, legal , travel on the markets of Europe, USA, Britain and other countries. We work only on interesting and really relevant products!

What is required of a new teammate:
- from 3 years of commercial experience in a similar position;
— spoken English level from confident B2;
— sure knowledge of Agile methodologies & frameworks;
— deep understanding of web and mobile development;
— proactive thinking and creative approach;
- great communication skills with clients and the team, initiative, autonomy.

Will be a plus:
- Scrum, Agile certification.

If we talk about the tasks at further stages:
— to determine the needs and problems of users;
—to conduct an analysis of competitors and the market;
—to contribute to the development of the project;
— understanding of the product, goals and metrics tracking;
—direct project management;
—risk management;
—scope determination;
—conducting estimates;
—developing project plans according to the product roadmap;
—regular reporting based on the work performed with the team.
