Product Manager in appflame

By joining our team, you will lead an already successful product and influence its multiple growth. Together with the development of the project, we offer you to form your own product team, engage in the creation of innovative in-house solutions for working with traffic, and participate in the launch of new R&D areas.

You will:

● Take responsibility for the work and business performance of the product;
● Generate hypotheses to increase product and monetization metrics, validate them through A/B tests;< br/>● Build personalization logics on the product;
● Form the project backlog and prioritize tasks for rapid product growth;
● Conduct competitor and target market research;
● Look for new geo or tangent areas to scale the product, build sustainable work models in new markets;
● Implement experimental solutions for MarTech project infrastructure;
● Work closely with analytical, billing and mail retention teams.

From you:

● 2+ years of Product Manager experience;
● Experience with Web products;
● Basic SQL skills, ability to work with data;
● Data-driven approach to product management.

Will be a plus:

● Experience in Social Discovery or Streaming niches;
● Understanding marketing and financial metrics;
● Experience of working with Tableau;
● Understanding the logic of payment processing.
