Product manager for climate technology (Heating and plumbing).

55000 – 65000 UAH.  (ZP+ KP, for the trial period: 85% of the salary).

MAKON company - the official distributor of TM Willer climatic equipment invites a Product manager for climatic equipment to work. 

Direction Heating and plumbing.

We are looking for an experienced, active specialist who seeks growth together with the company.

Your main duties will be:

     Search for suppliers and new products categories;

• Preparation of technical documentation, layouts for ordering, packaging and promotion of goods;
• Organization and management of effective purchases, increase of gross profit (GR) and ROA indicators;
• Analysis of sales and promotion of new products in all available sales channels;
• Development and implementation of promotions together with the sales department;
• Introduction of changes and additions (applications) in the relevant sections of the websites and B2B portal;
• Compilation and analysis of internal reports on KPI;
• Delivery and analysis;
• Search and analysis of additional market niches.

For work you will need:

• Work experience of 5 years or more in the position product manager, manager of the purchasing department (Search and development of new product groups, purchases and promotion of product brands);
• Knowledge and experience in 1c8, Excel, PowerPoint;
• Knowledge of the English language at least at an intermediate level;
• Ability to achieve results (examples from previous jobs);
• Experience in analyzing competitors and finding new product niches, analysis profitability;
• Experience of cooperation with foreign suppliers;
• Ability to analyze large volumes of information (database) and draw useful conclusions;
• Experience of cooperation with contractors for the development of specifications, product certification, carriers and brokers.

It will be a plus:

• Experience of working with product groups.
• Content development - articles, news, promotions, video reviews, photos, incl. in cooperation with suppliers, a marketer;
• Development of a development plan and marketing budget;
• Marketing analysis of the current state of certain product groups among competitors.
