About the product

This is a complex data-driven product that works at the intersection of ETL processes, automation, data validation and analytics.

Requirements for the candidate:

• Experience as a data analyst 3+ years
• Experience as a Product Manager / Product Owner 2+ years.
• English: Upper-Intermediate+
• Experience with data-driven products and/or complex integration solutions.
• Roadmap construction skills, requirement generation.
• Experience working with cross-functional teams (Data, Engineering, Business).
• An advantage will be: experience in AI/ML implementation, working with the pharmaceutical market, pharma FMCG and/or distribution.
• Understanding of PnL and experience in managing product financial indicators.
• Good communication skills skills for negotiating with business customers

Main tasks:

Product development

• Product development in new markets: research, potential analysis, localization, launch.
• Solving the task of integrating various data streams into the client's unified business processes and business analytics
• Formation and management of the product roadmap.
• Responsibility for product strategy and backlog: from idea to delivery.
• Initiation and implementation of automation at all stages processing of reports (including with the help of AI solutions)
• Scaling of architecture and processes to work with large volumes of data from different countries.

Financial and operational responsibility

• Full responsibility for PnL product: planning, forecasting, cost optimization, revenue growth.
• Managing the effectiveness of reporting processing processes, increasing the margin.

Team and processes

• Managing a cross-functional team: analysts, developers, QA, operators.
• Constant improvement of data processing and standardization processes.

• Security without interruptionflow from receiving data to forming it into a standard business analytics in Power BI and

  integration with SRM.
